Ways to Partner

From training for your next race to addressing an old injury, I create personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs and goals—then journey alongside you each step of the way.

  • In the first session, we will compile a thorough history, review tests/diagnostics, and then look at the way your body moves.

    75 minute assessments are inclusive of gait, run, and functional squat patterns. Cranial nerve and neurological evaluations are performed as needed.

    Then, we circle back a few days later to review recommendations in a 20 minute virtual follow up appointment.

    Clients will receive a PDF report post-assessment.

    *May be FSA/HSA Eligible. Check with your carrier.

  • Tailored to your goals, we’ll implement the necessary tools to launch you forward.

    Corrective exercise, mobility & strength training.

  • All of the elements included in standard "Movement with Intention" sessions, with the addition of manual therapy. Modalities include:

    -Myofascial Decompression (cupping)

    -Graston Technique, a specific soft tissue mobilization skill

    -Red light and Near infrared light therapy

    -MarcPro Muscle Stim

    -RockTape application (Kinesiotaping)

  • Alignment-inspired slow flow, integrating asana (poses) and breath.
