Sunday All Levels Yoga Class

Join members of the community for a yoga class for all experience levels held each Sunday morning at an intimate space in Newington, Connecticut. My teaching style is light (and sometimes even silly!) with a focus on alignment and breath using vinyasa flow. So come as you are, wherever you are on your movement journey!

Investment: Starting at $19 per class (select discounts available for students and members)

Started the New Year off on the right foot, on my Yoga Mat with Jenn. Her classes are becoming my favorite Sunday ritual. Stretching muscles I didn’t even know I had, breathing to regulate my nervous system and letting go of what is no longer serving me. Such a great way to start your Sunday, makes for a great week ahead!

I had Jenn come every morning to instruct a yoga session during my business retreat and I am SO happy I did! Not only did she help us all start off the day on the right foot, but she also incorporated the themes of our retreat, elevate and create, into the sessions to really help everyone start in the right direction. We had some participants who are well versed when it comes to yoga and some who are not and they all felt welcomed during the sessions. They left feeling refreshed and ready to start the day which was exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely have Jenn come back for any event that I host and highly recommend her for anyone and everyone!

Frequently Asked Questions

Take the Next Step with Confidence

I want this to be a “Hell yes!” experience. If you don’t see your question below, email me at JTtheAT@gmail.com.

How do I get started?

First, book a free consultation call to get to know each other, answer questions, and talk through options. If our expectations align, we will schedule an initial assessment.

Do you offer virtual training?

Yes, once we have an initial consultation call, we can assess if virtual training is a good fit.

Do you offer group training?

Over the course of the year, I offer several small group trainings online that focus on strength training. I also offer an all levels yoga class on Sundays at 9:15am to build stability and flexibility.

I'm not sure what service to book!

First, let's establish what your expectations are on a consult call, and from there we schedule an assessment to lay a foundation for care moving forward. This is all based on teamwork, so I’ll answer all your specific questions and share which options might be a fit.

Must I be an athlete to work with you?

No! Bodies are inherently designed to move, and it is my passion to meet you where you are at in your wellness journey and be your partner in working towards your personal goals.

Jenn is amazing at all body care! She has treated myself, my son and husband, all of us with different pains. She takes the time to ask questions, then watches as you move and the best, explains what is going on inside your body with simple words. You know, instead of throwing around terms that you don’t understand! Jenn does all of this with a tender touch, a smile and a little laughter. My knee instantly felt better after treatment, along with the exercises and advice she gave me to take care of it. We have been working with Jenn for over two years and wouldn’t go to anyone else. She relates to my son in a way that not many can connect with youth athletes. Plus she is magic with the RockTape! Thank you so much Jenn!
