Let me guess—
You want a provider who actually listens, deeply cares

and treats you as a whole person.
Yeah? Well you’ve come to the right place, friend.

I’ve always been fascinated by the ways our mind, body, and soul are connected. After earning my BS in Athletic Training and MS in Rehabilitation, I spent the next 14+ years working in traditional clinical settings developing a keen understanding of movement patterns, rehabilitation techniques, and holistic health approaches. In that time, I found myself coming up against common healthcare hurdles: lack of time to connect with patients, insurance constraints, reactionary mindsets, and more (sound familiar?!).

Hungry to serve clients on a deeper level, I founded

Concentric Care and Wellness in 2019 and haven’t looked back a moment since.

Today, I’ve been honored to treat hundreds of clients and collaborate with trusted providers in the wellness community. I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and help you move towards your goals—sound good?!

Jenn is always coming up new ways to help with my mobility. I see regular progress and am very grateful!

A few fun facts

Now for the slightly less serious stuff…

  • I love animals! We have three dogs and three cats at home; Hang on a sec while I add ‘zookeeper’ to my title…

  • I love being a student AND a teacher. I’ve traveled all over the US speaking to fellow healthcare professionals and movement professionals on topics like mental health in sports and yoga as an active tool for recovery.

  • After the birth of my daughter, I fell in love with yoga for my own personal practice of mindfulness. I was inspired to become a registered 200-hour yoga teacher in 2012 to share the gift of moving with intention.

Kind Words + Real Results

“Whether you have suffered an injury or you are an athlete that needs someone on your team to keep you in peak condition,

I can't recommend her enough.”

"Where do I begin. Jenn is an incredible part of my team. I broke my ankle during the Hartford marathon in 2023. She got me from a boot to running the Boston marathon in 2024 in 4 months. Her depth of knowledge of the human anatomy is astonishing. I still see her 3 times a month as I have continued my training and am now preparing for the NYC marathon this fall.
