I had Jenn come every morning to instruct a yoga session during my business retreat and I am SO happy I did! Not only did she help us all start off the day on the right foot but she also incorporated the themes of our retreat, elevate and create, into the sessions to really help everyone start in the right direction. We had some participants who are well versed when it comes to yoga and some who are not and they all felt welcomed during the sessions. They left feeling refreshed and ready to start the day which was exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely have Jenn come back for any event that I host and highly recommend her for anyone and everyone!

I had frozen shoulder, which made it difficult to reach for cups in the kitchen cabinet, to get dressed and many other daily tasks. Through soft tissue work, and guided movement, Jenn helped me recover! I am able to complete daily tasks without pain. And I was able to start practicing yoga again, at home and at Jenn’s Sunday classes. I highly recommend Jenn.
Jenn is amazing at all body care! She has treated myself, my son and husband, all of us with different pains. She takes the time to ask questions, then watches as you move and the best, explains what is going on inside your body with simple words. You know, instead of throwing around terms that you don’t understand! Jenn does all of this with a tender touch, a smile and a little laughter. My knee instantly felt better after treatment, along with the exercises and advice she gave me to take care of it. We have been working with Jenn for over two years and wouldn’t go to anyone else. The stretches JT had me do were things I never even thought about being applicable to the ice, but afterwards I realized how many key movements and positions in my stride were covered. I even noticed myself using those muscle the next day during my ice session and actually picking up easier speed and power. It really made an immediate difference and I’m excited to keep doing the exercises.

Cam attended this (hockey) workshop tonight with Jennifer Tirillo and he loved it! Wait, love might be a strong word for a 15 year old so let me try again. He was challenged and learned a lot, per his words. Jenn has been absolutely amazing working with my daughter. She has not only helped with my daughter’s sports injury but helps increase her body awareness and confidence as a athlete. I highly recommend.

Jennifer Tirillo was very in-tune with my inquiry and listened to all questions and concerns. She addressed my concerns systematically; verbally and in writing. Very thorough and willing to go above and beyond. Jenn was able to effectively provide guidance to my daughter in regards to her sport and 6-day-per-week training schedule.

Just to let you know, I did my morning mobility and then went to CrossFit. It was a shoulder to overhead press, push or jerk. I kept it lighter, judging by how the shoulder felt during warmup, per your suggestion, and was able to complete the WOD with the push jerk, empty bar (15#), but it didn’t kill the shoulder. Moral of the story… it worked! Thank you so much, Jenn. I’ve been singing your praises all day to anyone who will listen

Jenn has been instrumental in helping me feel more comfortable with stretching and doing exercises that have taken me outside of my comfort zone. I have started running again and her guidance on stretches and cool downs have helped me stay pain free.

Jenn is very knowledgeable, truly cares and carefully listens. Also very frequently follows up on progress.
