Linking Movement to Breath
Weekly classes are sequenced to appeal to all levels of yoga experience and take place in a cozy, inviting space. The style of teaching can be described as vinyasa flow, with particular attention on alignment and breath. Enjoy energetic lightness and ease during each class, leaving you feeling rejuvenated. I LOVE beginners and welcome them to this small class.
I envision a yoga asana and pranayama practice that meets most bodies where they are, as many individuals are told by various healthcare providers as well as friends, “you should try yoga, it’s good for you!” While true, sometimes the barrier of entry to a studio class can feel overwhelming and unattainable (YET). Bodies struggle to move where they cannot move. Read that again.
I am passionate about creating movement opportunities for those might prefer a small class size and a bit of humor and play. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
