Sessions are 35 minutes; get in, get out, carry on! Pricing is offered on a sliding scale; please choose what feels right for you. There is also an option to pay in (2) installments, with the first investment being $50 to secure your spot. *there will be a combination of live and recorded content to ensure accessibility!!
